Early work in two schools, two degrees in clinical psychology, an after-school photography business serving the Northwest and helping to launch an empirically based natural products import business, somehow prepared him to embrace the nonprofit world about 10 years ago. Doug first worked in communications, event planning and development at a senior community, followed by roles in grants management, development and data management at a community foundation based in Point Reyes. He is passionate about CIS's wrap around approach to making transformative differences in local students, their families and our communities.
